Born on 08 October 1999 in Kaolack.
I have a degree in computer graphics and multimedia.

I obtained my Certificate of End of Elementary Studies (CFEE) at the school Medina
Baye, the Brevet de Fin of Middle Studies (BFEM) at the CEM1 Valdiodio Ndiaye de
Kaolack and my Baccalaureat at the Lycée Abdoulaye Niass series STEG.
After spending a year at the Cheikh Anta DIOP University of Dakar at the Faculty of
Economics and Management (FASEG), and I did a training in computer graphics and multimedia at the Haute Ecole de Management et Informatique (HEMI).
I manage the design of visuals, content creation for social networks, designs and

Nombulelo Mbokazi

Nombulelo Mbokazi

Youth Programs Strategy Specialist

Nombulelo Mbokazi is the former Youth Lead for Ashoka Southern Africa Nombulelo
has experience in accelerating initiation of sustainable economic and social wealth
through nurturing business potential; focusing on ensuring that entrepreneurs have
access to the most relevant conditions of sustainable business growth in the most
valuable ways. As the inaugural Lead of Agenda 2063 Academy, Nombulelo
undertook the task of rolling out the birth of this organization.

Prior that Nombulelo, through the African Union, was the Programs, Entrepreneurship Curriculum and Training Coordinator at xHub Addis, which is a social enterprise start-
up incubation hub based in Ethiopia. She has experience in accelerating initiation of sustainable economic and social wealth through nurturing business potential. Since Africans represent the world’s largest youth population, growing integrated African systems that flourish make up her pertinent responsibility. She is passionate about exploring new sustainable models to enhance the developing world’s current challenges. She believes that one of the best skills any human being can ever aspire to have the skill of unlearning and relearning.

Cheikh Mohamed NDIAYE

Production Manager at SENEGEL

With over seven years of experience as general manager and founder of Wowa Studios, specializing in photography and editing, he has produced numerous videos that have accumulated more than 30 million views on YouTube demonstrating his talent for creating engaging and engaging content.

In addition to his expertise in web productions, Cheikh has also collaborated on television projects, notably with Canal+ Pop and in various TV series, enriching his professional career. His role at SENEGEL allows him to supervise the entire audiovisual production and design creation.

He works closely with Lamine to ensure innovative and high-quality visual content that meets the expectations of their partners and audience. His passion for the audiovisual and his sense of aesthetics make him a key player in the industry, determined to offer memorable visual experiences and to strengthen SENEGEL’s position in the media landscape.

Adja Bineta Sylla FAYE

Assistant in charge of Customer Management and Digital Communication at SENEGEL

Adja Bineta Sylla Faye holds a degree in Philosophy as well as Marketing and Communication. She currently holds the position of Assistant in charge of Customer Management and Digital Communication at SENEGEL, where she plays a key role in managing customer relationships and communication strategy.

She is also general manager of Soul’ART Ciné, where she works in the event-film industry. With her business management skills, Adja is also involved in audiovisual and film production. 

Thanks to her experience in customer relations and digital communication, she is responsible for the SENEGEL concierge service. With a passion for communication and production, Adja contributes to the recognition and notoriety of SENEGEL in Senegal and internationally through its three core values : Competence, Transparency and Citizenship.

Responsible for housing co-operatives and the search for implementing partners of SENEGEL

Oumar Gnignue is a passionate agri-food entrepreneur with a degree in sociology. He also worked as a liaison officer and is currently responsible for the diaspora and
Senegal housing co-operatives for SENEGEL.

In addition to working with cooperatives, Oumar is dedicated to finding partners for project implementation, ensuring that the values of competence, transparency and citizenship that guide SENEGEL are respected.

Adama Mandaw SENE

Head of Communication, Marketing and Public Relations at SENEGEL

With a degree in journalism and communication, I am currently Head of Communication, Marketing and Public Relations at SENEGEL. Thanks to my expertise in these areas, I am preparing to play a key role in the company’s development strategy, with the mission of strengthening its visibility and brand presence on national and international markets.

Over the years, I have gained a strong background in communication management, designing effective marketing campaigns and creating strategic partnerships. My training in journalism has allowed me to develop exceptional skills in writing and disseminating information, assets that I intend to use in public relations management and crisis communication at SENEGEL.

I will also be involved in the design and implementation of SENEGEL’s marketing campaigns, ensuring that we achieve our company’s growth and communication goals while maintaining strong visibility on digital platforms. I will oversee digital marketing initiatives, branding strategies and contribute to the management of the company’s image with the public and partners.

With a passion for communication and a clear vision of the future, I am determined to strengthen SENEGEL’s position as an innovative player in the digital sector.

Co-Founder, Associate Partner and Managing Director of SENEGEL

Amadou Dia Ly is an accomplished professional, recently invited to join SENEGEL as Co-Founder, Partner Associate, and Managing Director.

Prior to this, he served as Country Manager for Junior Achievement Africa in Senegal, a prominent NGO operating in over 23 African countries, where he played a pivotal role in promoting youth and women’s entrepreneurship.

A specialist in accounting and finance, certified PMP with an MBA from St Edward’s University in Austin, TX, Amadou brings a strong background in banking as well as extensive expertise in project management. With over a decade of experience in the United States, Amadou has developed a diverse skill set in operations management and
strategic leadership. His professional experience spans across West Africa, with a notable presence in Dakar.

His ability to navigate complex environments and manage ambitious projects has distinguished him in the field of economic and social development. At SENEGEL, Amadou will leverage his expertise to co-lead the Digital Citizenship department while managing key initiatives such as job creation for youth and women, soft skills training, and artist management.

Passionate about transparency, skills development, and civic engagement, Amadou is a determined leader committed to contributing to the growth of a dynamic and responsible Senegal.

Mariame D. GUINDO

Mariame D. GUINDO

Executive Manager

Mariame D. Guindo is an influential Senegalese cultural entrepreneur, deeply committed to the artistic and social development of her country. As the Executive Director of *One Vision Agency BMCA*, she has founded several festivals and held key positions in cultural associations. Coming from a royal family where music was essential, Mariame developed her passion for art at an early age. After completing a bachelor’s degree and a computer science course, she entered the cultural sector in 2009 with her first management contract.

In 2012, she launched *5/5, followed by **BMCA* in 2014, establishing international collaborations. The creation of *One Vision Agency* in 2015 represents a major turning point, integrating production, management and training for artists. Her active participation in international festivals demonstrates her commitment to showcasing local talent on the world stage. In 2021, she was appointed representative of the cultural actors of *Mbour, and in 2022, she became Executive Director of **SENEGEL*.

Recognized for her significant contributions, Mariame aspires to make the African creative industry and Senegalese culture shine particularly on the international scene.

Pape Samb is a distinguished social entrepreneur with over 20 years of expertise in international development, youth and women’s livelihoods, and social innovation. He is dedicated to empowering underserved communities globally, particularly focusing on youth and women, facilitating their self-sufficiency through education and resource access. Recently, Pape serves as the Global Vice President and Executive Director of Ashoka Africa, where he drives initiatives to foster social innovation.

Pape currently serves as the General Partner at SENEGEL (Senegalese Next
Generation of Leaders), a platform that celebrates transparency, competency, and
citizenship. It provides youth and SMEs with the tools and information needed to
succeed in their professional and entrepreneurial journeys. Pape equips leaders and entrepreneurs to create supportive ecosystems for marginalized communities. He is also an Adjunct Professor at American University’s School of Public Affairs, where he teaches leadership and entrepreneurship while developing programs that align
business interests with community needs.

Pape is a driving force behind the Global Youth Innovative Network (GYIN), which
he founded and now chairs. This youth-led network connects over 6,000 young leaders and entrepreneurs in nearly 100 countries, addressing youth unemployment and hunger through evidence-based programs in agribusiness and leadership.

His contributions extend to various educational institutions and programs, including developing the Global Shared Value Leadership certificate for American University and the Entrepreneurial Innovation Based Experimental Learning program in Nova Scotia.

At Columbia Business School, he has trained thousands of young African entrepreneurs in venture creation.

Pape has raised over $20 million for various organizations and has traveled extensively, consulting in nearly 100 countries. He has spoken at numerous high-level conferences, including those hosted by the United Nations, World Bank, and OECD, reaching hundreds of thousands of individuals.

A passionate advocate for self-sustainable and community-led initiatives, Pape founded the Senegalese Next Generation of Leaders (SENEGEL) and has held leadership roles in multiple organizations. He began his journey in social entrepreneurship at the age of 13 with GRADES, a women’s empowerment organization in Senegal.

Pape holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master’s in Executive Leadership and Public Administration from American University. He has received several awards for his leadership and contributions to youth empowerment
and is fluent in English, French, and Wolof, with conversational skills in Spanish and other West African languages.
